Glaze The vessel is dip-glazed in a semi-gloss white glaze. An oxide wash was applied to the lower portion, resulting in a gradual transition where the two glazes interact. The white glaze has thinned slightly at the rim, revealing more of the clay body.
Clay Special Flek stoneware
Firing Fired in an electric kiln between Cone 6-10 in oxidation to full vitrification, ensuring a consistent glaze melt. The glaze maintained a stable, even surface with minimal defects.
